Rotary District 5230’s Club Training Assembly (CTA) is an annual event where our club officers, chairs, and emerging leaders can learn more about what support Rotary International offers its members and their communities. Rotary 5230 does this this by offering different training tracks — so you can pick and choose which topics you want to learn more about.
Our CTA 2020 Chair, Susan Winey, and our Technology Director, Peter Fortuna, have teamed up to produced our District’s very first online video training program for our 65 clubs and over 3,500 members. Each video is timestamp and closed captioned to help ensure every Rotarian and interested party, can regardless of ability, see, hear, and learn about Rotary International and Rotary District 5230.
Rotary International’s Annual District Club Training Assemblies are the primary method that each Rotary District and their clubs teach leadership, the Rotarian way. The workshops offer motivation, inspiration, Rotary information and new ideas for club officers, directors and key committee chairmen and members of each club. Some of the most experienced district leaders conduct informative discussions on all phases of Rotary administration and service projects [including membership, public image, foundations, local and international grants, etc.]. The sessions give all participants valuable new ideas to make their club more effective and interesting. We have something for everyone.
This year Rotary District 5230 is focusing on online tools, fundraising, Public Image, and technology and leadership tips.
